We are curently looking for mentors for our pioneering LEAD programme.
LEAD supports small businesses with fewer than 20 employees who have high growth aspirations, through a variety of means such as masterclasses, coaching, action learning and mentoring.
We are looking for experienced business people who would like to be mentors to one or two of our delegates to offer guidance on growing their companies. Free training for mentors is provided.
